Step Two
Design
“But what is it going to look like?” This is a very important question and a struggle for most
homeowners which can lead to major communication problems. We have seen too many times where a contractor and homeowner are trying to explain what each other are visualizing and neither are 100% sure what the other is envisioning. Never assume the other person is visualizing what you are. It’s too late to change what the project looks like when it’s finished, make the changes before it starts!
There are a lot of moving parts to an outdoor living space and nearly impossible to build correctly
without a plan. Do not risk the regret of;
- Failed Expectations – ending up with a backyard different than the one you visualized.
- Missing opportunities – not knowing the full potential and what is possible in your outdoor living
space - Wasting Money – building spaces too big is a waste of money and if built too small you will not

Things are getting real! We now have a well-thought-out design, custom fit to your family’s lifestyle. There is no question what it will look like, whether it’s comfortable, whether the furniture fits, the colors and textures are perfect, it fits your family like a glove. It’s time to start building! In a very short time you will enjoy your first day in your new amazing outdoor living space. Imagine, you open the backdoor,
